When will my order ship?


All orders placed before 1 p.m. (EST) on business days are fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase. All orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Please regard observed holidays.

What method is used for shipping?


The default is USPS Priority shipping (2 to 4 business days). For free shipping promotions, the default is USPS standard shipping (3 to 7 business days). Please note if you provide an email address, you will get an email confirmation when your order ships, along with a tracking number. If you would like to make special arrangements please contact [email protected].

What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order?


If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order, it most likely means your order did not go through or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us at: [email protected] to verify the status of your order, and we will respond to you promptly.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?


Yes, we offer an option for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, but all orders must be emailed to [email protected] to ensure we get the exact address, payment information and products wanted to ensure the package makes it to its destination safe and timely.

Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged item please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and item number of the product that has been damaged. NuHealth will replace your item in a timely manner.

Refund Process


Email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and reason for return. A NuHealth Cares team member will respond to you as quickly as possible to process your return or answer any questions you have about your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
